Something you should experience you shouldn’t describe. So, when you are on Drina, you should only know that it originates from rivers Tara and Piva, and it runs for 346 kilometers into Sava, which is on a 358 meter lower level than its spring.
There are three hydroelectric plants on Drina – in Višegrad, Perućac and Zvornik. It is a tourist attraction to go rafting from the dam in Perućac to Bajina Bašta, and so on in the direction of Ljubovija. The famous regatta of Bajina Bašta is a genuine show of crafts, having fun and being in a good mood.
